I had a friend come to me a while back and ask about WordPress. He fly falcons and helps to manage an event called the Utah Sky Trials. They’ve been using a blog at Blogspot/Blogger for a while, but wanted to move to something a little more official. Enter UtahSkyTrials.com. After about an hour of showing him around WordPress, he ran with the idea. I checked the site a few weeks later and found that he had imported content from the the old blog, added YouTube videos, and even integrated a PayPal shopping cart so users can pay their event fees. Good work, Shayne. Just goes to show what a little playing around with WordPress can do.
